comments on the following forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DSP-5 \u2013 Application\/License for Permanent Export of Unclassified Defense Articles and Related Unclassified Technical Data<\/li>\n<li>DSP-61 \u2013 Application\/License for Temporary Import of Unclassified Defense Articles<\/li>\n<li>DSP-73 \u2013 Application\/License for Temporary Export of Unclassified Defense Articles<\/li>\n<li>DSP-85 \u2013 Application\/License for Permanent\/ Temporary Export or Temporary Import of Classified Defense Articles and Related Classified Technical Data,<\/li>\n<li>DSP-6, DSP-72, and DSP-74 \u2013 Application for Amendment to License for Export or Import of Classified or Unclassified Defense Articles and Related Classified Technical Data<\/li>\n<li>DSP-83 \u2013 Nontransfer and Use Certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comments are requested to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the necessity of the information collection<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the accuracy of the forms\u2019 estimated time and cost burden<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected<\/li>\n<li>Minimize reporting burdens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comments may be submitted at <a use of the DSP-5 \u201cvehicle\u201d to transmit proposed technical assistance, manufacturing, or distribution license agreements for DDTC approval.<\/p>\n<p>As above, comments are requested to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the necessity of the information collection<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the accuracy of the forms\u2019 estimated time and cost burden<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected<\/li>\n<li>Minimize reporting burdens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comments may be submitted at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.regulations.gov\/\">www.regulations.gov<\/a> (Docket Registrants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finally, on February 27, DDTC also published a notice (also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpo.gov\/fdsys\/pkg\/FR-2018-02-27\/pdf\/2018-03919.pdf\">83 FR 8563<\/a>) requesting comments on the general record-keeping requirements imposed on registrants by the ITAR.\u00a0 ITAR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/cgi-bin\/text-idx?SID=86008bdffd1fb2e79cc5df41a180750a&amp;node=22:1.0.1.13.59&amp;rgn=div5#se22.1.122_15\">\u00a7 122.5<\/a> requires registrants to \u201cmaintain records concerning the manufacture, acquisition and disposition (to include copies of all documentation on exports using exemptions and applications and licenses and their related documentation), of defense articles; of technical data; the provision of defense services; brokering activities; and information on political contributions, fees, or commissions furnished or obtained, as required by part 130 of this subchapter\u201d with additional conditions for storage methods and duration.<\/p>\n<p>As with the other requests, comments are requested to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the necessity of the information collection<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the accuracy of the forms\u2019 estimated time and cost burden<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information
