ITAR Training Video Agreement
Export Compliance Solutions LLC, (“ECS”) sells and conveys the rights for a one (1) year period to the number of user you have selected to view the ITAR Awareness Training Video, (“the Video”) for the agreed upon price that you have selected. You will be provided a SCORM file containing the full training video. It is understood that you will make this Video available on your intranet to your company employees, and only to your company employees. This is a one (1) year agreement with an optional renewal cost of 75% of the previous years cost if, and only if, the buyer exercises the renewal option.
This ITAR Training Video is licensed and copyrighted by Export Compliance Solutions LLC of Annapolis, Maryland, who is the sole owner of all the rights and benefits of this video. Any unlicensed distribution, use, or resale of this video is strictly prohibited by law. It is unlawful to copy or use any portion of this video without the expressed written consent of Export Compliance Solutions LLC.
